Learn to Sledge

The Easter Seals Nova Scotia Learn to Sledge program is a fun-focused sledge hockey program for children and youth.

The weekly program is open to players of all ability levels and uses games, scrimmages and drills to help participants learn and play sledge hockey, build strength and coordination, and have fun!

Our play-based “Learn To” programs use fun and games to foster physical literacy and lay the foundation for lifelong physical activity and sports participation for children and youth with disabilities.
